The History of Pleasant Insurance Agency

Established in the spring of 1982 as a one-man operation, Pleasant Insurance Agency has grown to one of the well established insurance agencies in Oakland.  Pleasant Insurance Agency is currently owned and operated by 26-year insurance professional Peter Loi Chang,CIC.
