The History of Pleasant Insurance Agency, Inc.

Established in the spring of 1982 as a one-man operation, Pleasant Insurance Agency, Inc. has grown to one of the well established insurance agencies in Oakland.  Pleasant Insurance Agency, Inc.  is currently owned and operated by 27-year insurance professional Peter Loi Chang,CIC.
